Our practice thrives on referrals from our clients. If you like the services you receive, please refer us to your friends and family.

The first appointment is 90 minutes long because we’ll need to do some paperwork and find out what you are coming to therapy for. Sessions booked after this go for 55 minutes and longer sessions can be booked in if requested.

This is a difficult question to answer because it depends on what the issue is, how long the issue has been ongoing, and what kind of change you’re wanting to create.

On average, our clients tend to stay for 6-10 sessions, but it’s also common for some clients who are working on long-standing issues who will choose to continue working with me for significantly longer periods. They see the value in doing long-term therapy work. Occasionally some clients only require a small number of sessions because they want to resolve a very specific issue that doesn’t require longer work.

It’s important to know the best results from counselling and psychotherapy are achieved when appointments are scheduled and attended on a regular basis.

Please note, no Medicare rebate is offered for this service and Doctors referrals are not required. You can call directly or book in your appointment online through our booking system. 

This clinic accepts, cash, Direct Debit and Eftpos and does not hold accounts. Payments are to be made at the conclusion of each session.


A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you cancel or reschedule an appointment, or the full fee will be charged.  Similarly, the full fee will be applicable if you forget about an appointment or do not show up without giving 24 hours notice as other clients may miss out on receiving help.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me. I adhere to the ethics and guidelines set out by two of the industry’s peak professional bodies of which I am a member of.

We are a recognised provider of counselling services with Medibank Private, so please check with your insurance policy to see if it will cover your counselling session.
